In year 2004, Mr N.K.Lau set up a sauce manufacture company with a brand call “Chef King” in Malaysia. Chef King brand sauces are manufactured by quality imported and local raw materials. At the same time, Chef King sauces are certified by HACCP and HALAL certified. Chef King currently has a wide-range of customers’ base, including F&B chains, restaurants, hotels, hypermarkets and supermarkets in the South East Asia region. Hence, we are also specializing in all kinds of sauces which including sauce customization and OEM services.
Master Chef N.K. Lau started acquiring his culinary skills at the age of 12. In 1975’s, he further developed his culinary skills in Hong Kong, learning with the top 3 chefs in Hong Kong. In 1986, he set up Eastern Dragon Restaurant in Johor Bahru, Johor and became one of the famous Chinese restaurant in JB area. Until now, Master Chef N.K. Lau had accumulated more than half century (50 years) of culinary experience.
